1. General Policy
All sales of products and services offered by Chir Sarathi Technologies LLP are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Your purchase is final and binding
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind
- Products and services cannot be transferred to another person or entity
- Cancellations will not be accepted after payment is processed
2. Exceptions: Failure to Deliver
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the event of a total failure in delivering the product or service by Chir Sarathi Technologies LLP.
A "total failure" is defined as:
- Complete inability to deliver the purchased product or service
- Technical or operational failure on our part that prevents fulfillment
- Circumstances where delivery is deemed impossible by us
In such cases, customers will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Refund Processing
If your refund request qualifies under the "total failure to deliver" exception:
- Processing Time: We will process the refund on the same day we confirm the failure to deliver
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
- Receipt Timeline: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time. We expect refunds to be received within a maximum of 15 days from the date of processing
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial consumption or use of digital products, courses, or subscription services
- Failure to access services due to user error or technical issues on your end
- Dissatisfaction with the content or quality of services (except total failure to deliver)
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions resulting in service termination
5. Cancellation Policy
Once payment is processed and a purchase is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. All sales are final.
We encourage customers to carefully review product or service details before completing a purchase.
6. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services (newsletters, courses, etc.):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period or any past periods
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to total failure to deliver, please contact us with the following information:

- Order/Transaction ID
- Detailed description of the delivery failure
- Date of purchase
